Zach Morris Returnson /SBTB Reunion Petition

I watched my first full episode of The Jimmy Fallon Show July 7th & I really enjoyed it. Which made me remember the episode that aired June that I missed with actor Mark-Paul Gosselaar Zack Morris! I don't know how I let this episode get by me, because Saved By The Bell was my ish! So I hit up Hulu (if you're not up on Hulu, just say "Your Welcome") & found the episode.

Recently the saved by the bell cast had a reunion. If you have not guessed it yet Screech (Dustin Diamond)was a no show. But the rest of the crew explained how they messed around with each other outside the show. Most of them had their first relationship with each other, except for Dustin Diamond.

Does Lucas Till have a TWITTER?

POPSTAR! magazine like many others started to follow Lucas Till. But like many of you extraordinary people out there, they followed Lucas on TWITTER.But when many started to ask and question the young teenager was it him, suprisingly his answer was, "NO, that was an impostor. I don't have a TWITTER," he told them on April 7th on Planet Hollywood-Times Square. Then Lucas added in, "That is fustrating! I don't have a Facebook, Myspace or Twittter... and they get great personal photos sometimes, too. It's wierd. Even my own family asks me!"

Did Radio DJs Prank Meghan Jette Martin?

After a Radio Disney interview with Meghan Jette Martin, Meghan and Radio Disney DJs Ernie & Jake were kidding that they would shoot her video "Wish Upon a Star" when she was finished. Sure enough, they used their little cameras to make a commically 'poorman' version of them lip-synching to her voice. But later they edited it and sent it to Meghan.

Christina Aguilera: Drunk as a skunk

                                       Published By: www.citykelly.com

What a Girl Wants? Booze. What a girl needs? To be locked up like a genie in a bottle, baby.

You know I really hate to dish out all the "Dirrty" details about people, but come on! If you are too trashed to walk, don't show up at my playground -- even if you are Christina Aguilera.

Saturday night, after enjoying some fantabulously delicious P.I.N.K. -- a new, snazzy caffeine and guarana-infused vodka -- at the Dodge Mansion in Georgetown, "Ms. Couture" and I headed to Dupont to see our friends at Dragonfly.

A few text messages and a bottle of champagne later, I found myself at Play Lounge ... next to Christina Aguilera.

Now, I know I didn't see her earlier that night at the P.I.N.K. party. And she probably wasn't there since she'd been performing in Baltimore at the 1st Mariner Arena all evening. But she sure was seesawing around like she'd been there, chugged that. That being a bottle of P.I.N.K. vodka ...

Miss Thang couldn't talk clearly enough to say "take me drunk, I'm home." And she couldn't walk any better than a kid who'd just been hit in the head with a kickball. In fact, she was stumbling around like she'd just hopped off a wild merry-go-round. Luckily, she brought along her crutch, er, I mean, husband, Jordan Bratman.

The duo didn't stay very long ... and it was probably a good thing. I mean, not even I can get that hopscotched up in an hour.

Tag, baby. You're it.

Beyonce Falling Clips Yanked off YouTube. (Read: YouTube has Officially Jumped the Napster)

Beyonce doesn't want you watching her falling on her bootylicious money-maker: the videos of her stumbling on her high heals and crashing down a flight of stairs during a spastic rendition of "Ring the Alarm" at a recent Orlando concert have been yanked from YouTube.

Almost all of the videos captured by fans on cellphones during the concert have been pulled down "due to terms of use violations."

A YouTube spokesperson tells MTV the posters in question violated copyright because "even if [they] took the video [themselves], the performer controls the right to use his/her image in a video, the songwriter owns the rights to the song being performed and sometimes the venue prohibits filming without permission."

Beyonce had joked during the concert, asking fans not to put her tumble up on YouTube, which, of course, they ignored, and the clips soon went viral. But YouTube is refusing to comment on exactly who complained about the infringing videos.

"Our community understands the rules and effectively polices the site. Users can flag content, and once it is flagged, it is reviewed by our staff and removed from the system within minutes if it violates our community guidelines," the spokesperson said. "We take copyright issues very seriously and prohibit users from uploading infringing material, and we cooperate with copyright holders to identify and promptly remove infringing content from the site. Our community guidelines make it clear that users must own or have permission from the copyright holders to post any videos."

Oh well, now that YouTube has jumped the Napster, you can still watch the embarrassing video over and over again on other video sharing sites, such as Dailymotion  and eBaum's World. Internet: 1. Beyonce: 0.

All The Single Tweens, All The Single Tweens: Joe Jonas Puts A Ring On It

Posted Wed Jun 3, 2009 2:27pm PDT by Lyndsey Parker in Video Ga Ga

Beyonce's "Single Ladies" video has been the subject of many viral-video parodies, most notably in a Saturday Night Live skit starring Justin Timberlake, Andy Samburg, and Beyonce herself. But the latest attempt at the diva's unitarded dance fad may be the strangest yet, and it is--to quote the always quotable Jonas Brothers--totally burnin' up on the Interweb.

This new lampoon comes courtesy of Joe Jonas--yes, that Joe Jonas, the middle and arguably cutest Jonas Brother--and yes, he is wearing high heels AND a onesie even more revealing than Beyonce's one-sleeved leotard:

Apparently Joe lost some kind of bet here, or he's just never one to pass up a dare from the brotherly trio's fans. Either that, or this famously purity-ring-wearing pop star has taken Beyonce's "Put A Ring On It" line way too much to heart.

But whatever the reason for Joe's bizarre Beyonce tribute, we do have to say this is kind of awesome. Awesomely weird, but awesome nonetheless. And even the JoBros' purity-ring-eschewing nemesis, Russell Brand, must be impressed with how nicely Joe fills out a catsuit

Don't lecture us: Arabs tell Obama

CAIRO (AFP) – "Obama is just a prettier face. I'm sure his intentions are in the right place but I don't expect much from the man," a Cairo electrician said on Wednesday as US President Barack Obama began his much-anticipated Middle East trip.

Newspapers, analysts and ordinary Arabs warned Obama -- whose election was hailed across the region -- against emulating the policies of Bush by lecturing Muslims on democracy, and also urged him to be tough with Israel.

Obama began his tour in Saudi Arabia and will deliver a speech in Cairo on Thursday to the world's 1.5 billion Muslims, after eight years of fraught ties under his predecessor George W. Bush.

"Don't be biased towards Israel, don't interfere in countries' internal affairs and don't give lessons in democracy," said an editorial in Egypt's state-owned Rose El-Youssef newspaper.

The chief editor of Egypt's state-owned Al-Ahram, Ossama Saraya, said Obama faced demands from his team to "put pressure on the Muslim world under the pretext of democratisation and respect for human rights.

"There's nothing more absurd than putting more pressure on the Arab-Muslim world," Saraya said.

Washington's key Arab allies Egypt and Saudi Arabia have repeatedly come under criticism from international rights organisations for their poor human rights records.

"He can't help the Palestinians because of the closeness of ties between Israel and America. He can't improve the situation here (Egypt) because he'll never convince the regime to change," said taxi driver Mohammed Abdullah.

Hamas, the Islamist rulers of the Gaza Strip boycotted by the West as a terrorist group, urged Obama to put "real pressure" on Israel.

"We will judge this visit on the basis of what he will say and concrete measures that he will take," spokesman Fawzi Barhum said.

In Amman, the Jordan Times hoped that Obama -- whose electoral promise of change has grabbed hearts in the troubled Middle East -- should deliver on his pledge.

"If Obama fails in his mission of peace, the parties, and the world, might just as well prepare for more suffering and turmoil."

In Lebanon, where Sunday's parliamentary election will be monitored closely by Washington as it pits a Western-backed majority against a Hezbollah-led alliance backed by Syria and Iran, reactions were divided.

"The Americans are testing the waters," said travel agent Moufeed Shbeir. "Obama is trying to take a different route than Bush, but we'll have to wait and see the results: are they going to bomb Iran?"

In non-Arab Iran, the head of North American Studies at Tehran University said Obama should have gone to the largest Muslim nation in the world -- Indonesia -- to address Muslims.

"I personally think Obama has made a mistake by choosing Saudi Arabia and Egypt. I don't think this is going to go down well in the Muslim and Arab world," Sayed Mohammad Marandi told AFP.

"Symbolically speaking, he could have gone somewhere like Indonesia," he said.

Saudi Arabia's Al-Riyadh newspaper warned Muslims against having high expectations. "The Islamic world should not think that Obama is coming to be an ally or a supporter," an editorial said.

United Arab Emirates Vice President Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum warned Obama that the worsening economic situation would strengthen extremism in the Islamic world.

"Those young men, who are increasingly bored (due to growing unemployment), will be easy prey for those promoting extremism and hostility, mainly against the United States," he wrote in Al-Khaleej.

Beirut-based analyst Paul Salem, who heads the Carnegie Middle East Centre, said he expected Arabs to be disappointed by Obama's speech.

"What they want him to say is more than what he's going to say," he said.

"They want him to say that he's going to come down hard on the Israelis, that he's going to confront the settlement policy and that he's going to push the Israelis to withdraw from the West Bank.

"Of course that is what every Arab would like to hear."

On the streets of Cairo, which were getting a facelift ahead of Obama's speech, citizens were more concerned about traffic jams than regional diplomacy on Wednesday.

"What's he going to do for us? Lower the price of bread? If he does, then he's welcome here," said 38-year-old cafe worker Ahmed Abdel Salam.

There’s a lot of advice out there about getting good sleep -- and it's very important. We quickly adjust to being sleep-deprived, and don't notice that we aren't functioning at a normal level, but lack of sleep really affects us. If you're feeling blue or listless, try going to sleep thirty minutes earlier for a week. It can really help.

Here are tips that have helped me get good sleep:

Good habits for good sleep:

1. Exercise most days, even if it’s just to take a walk.

2. No caffeine after 6:00 p.m.

3. An hour before bedtime, avoid doing any kind of work that takes alert thinking. Addressing envelopes—okay. Analyzing an article—nope.

4. Adjust your bedroom temperature to be slightly chilly.

5. Keep your bedroom dark. Studies show that even the tiny light from a digital alarm clock can disrupt a sleep cycle. We have about six devices in our room that glow bright green; it’s like sleeping in a mad scientist’s lab. I have to put a pillow over the cable box.

6. Keep the bedroom as tidy as possible. It’s not restful to fight through chaos into bed.

If sleep won’t come:
7. Breathe deeply and slowly until you can’t stand it anymore.

8. If your mind is racing (you’re planning a trip, a move; you’re worried about a medical diagnosis), write down what’s on your mind. This technique really works for me.

9. Slather yourself with body lotion. This feels good and also, if you’re having trouble sleeping because you’re hot, it cools you down.

10. If your feet are cold, put on socks.

Church Hands Out $50G To Parishioners Faithful told to use the money to "bless someone"

An Alabama church handed cash to parishioners with the instruction for them to use it on others.

The pastor of an Alabama Church called it a "Faith Stimulus Package." The recipients may call it a miracle.

Bay Community Church in Malbis, Ala., gave away $50,000 to its parishioners.

Instead of asking its members for donations, the trustees of Bay Community doled out cash. Each of the church's 2,000 congregants walked away with an envelope containing between $20 to $100.

But there's a catch; the cash is not for them.

Along with various amounts of cash, the envelopes contained instructions to "turn around and bless someone."

"The instructions were simple, you can't give it back to the church and you can't spend it on you and your family," Associate Senior Pastor Trey Taylor told WALA-TV. Taylor masterminded the plan to spread goodness and cash during tough economic times.

The generous reverse-tithe took some parishioners by surprise. Many in the congregation broke out their wallets, thinking that the 2,000 white envelopes making their way down the pews were a request for extra tithing.

But the cash in the envelopes was destined not for the clergy, nor for the parishioners themselves but for needy people who likely don't belong to Bay Community.

"The reason behind it was simple. We wanted our people to turn around and bless somebody," Taylor said.

It's not the first time something like this has been done. In 2007, an Ohio pastor made news by handing $50 to each of his parishioners with the instruction to use their talents to double the money.

The difference: the Ohio parishioners donated the over $30,000 they raised back to the church. Taylor just asks they spend it on others.

  • T 1 minute ago FLAG COMMENT Does it occur that in these trying economic times that parishioners might say they will pass the money along but they might use it to pay their mortgage or bills? The thought is nice and I understand the Christ-like action but sometimes people are in such financial hardships that they may not be able to pass the money along.
  • Craig 2 minutes ago FLAG COMMENT I hate to say it guys but I'm sure there is a catch to the catch. The church is probably getting some kind of tax credit or write off for doing this and that and not some "spread the love" attempt is really the motivation. Hey, I'm just saying...
  • Shere'e 4 minutes ago FLAG COMMENT this is Great.... smile god loves us all......
  • Marsha 5 minutes ago FLAG COMMENT Sounds like a challenge the Lord would issue. The faith growth of these parishoners will be amazing. I would love to learn how God used them. Only He will know how many lives this will touch. Bless them.
  • tony 5 minutes ago FLAG COMMENT HAHAHAHHAAHHHA, now thats funny.....I would bet the $50,000 that 95% of them keep the money...what a joke..........................
